Thank you for shopping at LingoPost. We take pride in our packaging and strive to deliver your books safely. Please review our shipping terms below.


1. Order Processing Time
In-Stock Items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.
Pre-order Items: Pre-order books will be processed and shipped within 7 business days upon receipt of the printed stock. Please refer to the estimated arrival date noted on the product page.
Daily Cut-off Time: Our daily cut-off time is 12:00 PM (GMT+8). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.
Special Circumstances: Processing times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume sales events.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Areas

Note: Due to the weight of books, shipping rates for regions outside of Asia will be calculated automatically at checkout based on the quantity and weight of your order.


3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a link to track your package in real-time.


4. International Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, any import duties, taxes (VAT), or related customs fees incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer (recipient).
We cannot predict or control these charges. If a package is returned due to a refusal to pay customs duties, any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.


5. Damages and Lost Packages
We use reinforced bubble wrap or sturdy cardboard boxes to ensure your books arrive in pristine condition.
Reporting Damages: If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
Required Evidence: Please provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of both the damaged packaging and the condition of the books.
Time Limit: Claims made after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for compensation or replacement, as we are unable to file a claim with the courier after this period.
